Shipping policy

 

All orders are normally despatched within a couple of days, and are normally with customers within 2-3 days. We do keep this information updated.  We do get stock errors from time to time, if this happens someone will call or email you to keep you updated 

We charge £2.99 for UK delivery and offer free delivery on all orders above £30.

Note: Please check your address, if you supply us an incorrect address we cannot be held responsible for non delivery.

Sorry, we only deliver within the UK at the moment.

We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We accept all major cards.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

95% of orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt, they are despatched with Royal Mail which is a 2 - 3 day service. Orders received over the weekend are dispatched on a Monday. If ordering just nematodes delivery is completely free of charge regardless of the number of deliveries.
